Cancellation and Reservation Policies

Vallarta Adventures are some of the most popular tours and activities in Puerto Vallarta, and as such, all of our excursions are exclusive, reservations-only adventures. To ensure that each and every one of our fellow adventurers has the chance to experience the awe found in nature, encounters with new cultures, and the excitement of personal discovery that our tours offer, we limit the number of guests on each of our tours - so make your reservations today! Our secure credit card reservation system makes it easy!

Cancellations and Changes

Once you receive a confirmation your reservation is guaranteed. In order to maintain our commitment to all of our guests, Vallarta Adventure operates a strict cancellation policy:

Individual Reservations

• 48 hours or more prior to excursion date - 100% refund
• 24 hours prior to excursion date – we will accept date changes but no refunds
• No shows or late arrivals – no refund

Group Reservations (private charters of groups of 14 people or more)

• 15 days or more prior to excursion date - 100% refund
• Less than 15 days prior to excursion date – we will accept date changes but no refunds
• No shows or late arrivals – no refund

Changes to your reservation or cancellations can be requested via email or by calling us Toll free from the US and Canada at 1-888-526-2238 or from Puerto Vallarta at (322) 297-1212 ext 0. All changes are subject to availability.

Important Notice for Cruise Ship Guests:
As the principal shore excursion provider for the cruise lines, it is very likely that we will be looking after you on your tour, but please note that you MUST book your tours directly with your cruise line. Please sign up early with them to assure your space as these popular tours always sell out quickly.

Charges to your Card

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your Vallarta Adventure can be confirmed - this is normally within 24 hours of sending your reservation to us. If the date that you choose is unavailable Vallarta Adventure will offer an alternative day or time and confirm this with you before making any charges to your card.

Prices and Exchange Rates

Prices are quoted in US dollars but charges are made in Mexican Pesos. We use the bank rate of the day so that your bank statement reflects as closely as possible the published dollar price.

Credit Card Safety

Vallarta-Adventures.com wants you to feel safe when making a secure reservation online. For this reason we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card and other sensitive information when you make reservations for our tours. The process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the internet. Once received, your credit card information is not transmitted over the internet again.

On the day of your tour, you must bring your credit card and another form of your personal ID when you check in. Or, a copy of your card (both sides) and ID can be faxed to us at +52 (322) 297-1252 prior to your arrival.
