“During our carnival cruise my girlfriend Lauren and I chose 'extreme canopy' as our last excursion of our week long cruise. We were both blow away by how exciting and exhilarating the whole experience was. Puerto Vallarta is a gorgeous place with the most amazing scenery either one of us has ever seen and that is saying a lot because we live in Canada. The mule ride was so much fun, lauren's mule (which she named Franklin) decided it was going to RUN up the mountain. She started last up the mountain and was the first to reach its summit. I have zip lined before and it was the best of the bunch, this was Lauren first and I am positive it will be impossible for her to ever do better. The waterfall rappel and zip line was refreshing and invigorating. If you are thinking of trying something new and exciting we would both like to recommend this one, its by far the best experience of our year. Although, I was one of the Mexican piñatas on the first zip and I did create a small amount of paperwork one of the bridges. “We were on a cruise and this was our adventure in Puerto Vallarta, on April 19, 2011. It started AWESOME with the boat ride. Since the beginning we had someone explaining what we were doing and what we were going to do next. When we got to our great destination, I was a little bummed because we couldn’t take our own cameras to the zip lines, for safety reasons. We had to put our belongings in a big sack, along with everybody else’s things, which are totally safe. We met the crew and they helped us get ready with all the equipment. Jesús, Roca, Diego, Jorge, Marta, Pablo and the photographer were ICREDIBLE, hilarious and being serious with the whole process at the same time, providing a safe, fun experience. The pictures that they took during the crossing came out great! When the expedition finished, we got out belongings back and ate amazing homemade quesadillas that a very nice lady prepares and sells, along with other Mexican snacks. We were all wet and didn’t know that we could bring another change of clothes and shoes. So we recommend you doing this when you go on a tour because there is always a place where you can securely put your stuff. Overall, everything was AMAZING! We TOTALLY recommend Vallarta Adventures to anyone that likes to enjoy life in an incredible and different way.”

Rode a speed boat past Puerto Vallarta then hung on tight in the back of the unimog on the ride to base camp. “OUTSTANDING!!!! This was an amazing experience! We had 9 teenage girls (16-17years old) and 3 adults. We had Hazael, Daniel, Javier, Erick, Benjamin, and Rocco as our guides and they were a blast! They made it the most fun because they kept us laughing the whole time and made us feel so safe. They also knew who didn't want to get as wet so they would really respect your wishes and not get you soaked! It also was fun because the guides were enjoying their job too so they had fun with you! This was wonderful and we didn't want to leave when it was over! We had a adult that was hesitant about going because she didnt think she cound ride a mule but she LOVED it and would go again! “This is a MUST if you are going to PV. What a fantastic combination. While the boat and the Unimog are cool, the ride up the mountain on the mules was a very close second behind the descent on ropes. Edgar, Andy and all of K team were fantastic. They made sure we were safe and had a total blast. They are fun, funny and informative at the same time. Tour operators at some hotels can get a significant discount (nearly $20) making this a relative bargain for the amount of enjoyment you get. If you only have time to do one excursion during your vacation, this is definitely the one.”

“Where to begin? I loved it all so much I want to work there!!!! The boat ride over was great the crew was very friendly, and the scenery was outstanding! The ride to the base camp was cool I really enjoyed getting to see the small villages you pass through. Now the real fun begins, from ridding the mule of the mountain to the views at the top it was amazing. Armando was our lead guide, he did a great job. He was real fun and very knowledgeable in his job. The crew backing him up, Johny, Ferry, Luis, Jori, and Cris, were excellent. Every single one of them made the trip great in their own way!
