Vallarta Adventures offers the most popular tours and experiences in Puerto Vallarta; that's why all our excursions are exclusively carried out with prior reservation.

Once you receive the confirmation email, your reservation is guaranteed. If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected]

Cancellations and Changes

The following cancellation and change policies apply only to reservations made via our website

Cancellation Policy:

  • More than 48 Hours Before Tour: If you cancel and request a refund at least 2 days (48 hours) before the tour, there's a 10% charge for administrative expenses.

  • Less than 48 Hours Before Tour or No-Show: If you cancel less than 48 hours before the tour date, arrive late, or don't show, no refunds or changes are allowed.

  • Special Promo Reservations: For bookings made under the 3x2 Promotion, no changes or cancellations are permitted

Date Changes:

  • 24 Hours Before Tour: You can change your tour date for free if you request it at least 24 hours before the tour. Changes depend on availability.

For Cruise Ship Guests

Full refund if the cruise misses port or is canceled, up to the day of cruise arrival.


Charges to your Credit or Debit Card

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is placed on Vallarta Adventures’ official site - this is typically reflected in your account within 24 hours. If the date that you choose is unavailable, Vallarta Adventures will offer an alternative day or time. 

A 12% fee will be added at the time of purchase and will be determined at the point of checkout.


Prices and Exchange Rates

Prices are quoted and charged in US dollars. 


Credit Card Safety wants you to feel safe when making a secure reservation online. For this reason we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card and other sensitive information when you make reservations for our tours.

The process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the internet. Once received, your credit card information is not transmitted over the internet again.

Fraud Prevention

As part of our Fraud Prevention policy, the person who made the purchase must present their credit card and personal identification at the time of check-in.

If the cardholder cannot be present, a copy of their credit card (both sides) and their identification must be sent by email to [email protected] at least 24 hours prior the tour.
