Phased Reopening

The Adventures Group will begin a phased reopening starting June 22nd, 2020. 

We comply with the WTTC COVID-19 safety protocols.

Know Before You Go

As we navigate through this unprecedented time as responsibly as we can, we have implemented a number of new safety measures based on guidance from health authorities.

To all our guests, there are 4 key things to know before arriving to your tour or activity, and they include:

• Temperature screenings prior to entry

• Face coverings recommended for guests ages 3 and up

• Physical distancing practices including physically-distanced queues 

• An increased focus on disinfection and sanitation, including the addition of hand-washing stations and hand sanitizers in key areas

Since many of these measures will be new, and may evolve, we want to be sure guests are aware of all these changes.

The WHO has declared COVID-19 a public health emergency of international concern and has been recognized as a very contagious disease. The Adventures Group is undertaking enhanced health and hygiene measures in order to avoid infection. When joining a tour, you voluntarily assume and accept all risks related to exposure.

Upon reopening, tour offerings may be modified, limited in capacity and subject to availability or closure.
