  • The minimum age for our PADI Open Water Certification course is 10 years old.
  • Following PADI's flying after diving recommendations, please be aware that novice divers should refrain from flying within 12 hours after a dive, while certified divers should wait 18 hours after two or more dives in a day.
  • Participants with respiratory, cardiovascular, or ear issues, as well as expecting mothers, are not eligible for this course.
  • Please ensure you are in good mental and physical health to participate. Additionally, individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed to join the course.
  • A swimsuit
