  • Your ticket includes a MXN 1,000 cover charge. The remaining balance is available as credit toward consumption.

  • Please bring a screenshot of your booking confirmation on your mobile phone.
  • Please note: Each participant must present a valid ID at check-in.
  • For people arriving by private boat, Majahuitas opens at 10 pm and closes at 6:30 am.
  • Drinks on the party boat are available at extra cost.
  • Normally our boat arrives directly to the beach, If the ocean is a bit rough, we might need to arrive to our dock. Please be prepared to walk 5 to 7 minutes.
  • We reserve the right of admission for security reasons and the right to refuse entrance. All guests must provide their Instagram profile at the time of reservations and ID at the entrance.
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations requested within 48 hours of the event, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
  • DEPARTURES:
    • Party Only: There will be one departure from Puerto Vallarta at 9:45 PM (check-in at 9:15 PM).
    • Dinner & Party: Departure from Nuevo Vallarta is at 8:15 PM (check-in at 7:45 PM), and from Puerto Vallarta at 8:45 PM (check-in at 8:15 PM).
    • PLEASE ARRIVE AT YOUR DESIGNATED CHECK-IN TIME BEFORE DEPARTURE.
  • For all guests, we will have returning boats departing from Majahuitas at 3 AM and 6:30 AM.

  • Dress code is BAREFOOT ELEGANCE. Think flowing dresses, elegant matching sets, linen shirts, and tailored trousers in ivory, sand, champagne, soft gold, and muted earthy tones.
  • The event takes place on the beach; please bring sandals or flat shoes. High heels are not a good idea. Also, please bring a sweater for the way back.

There are two types of tickets for the Majahuitas New Year's Eve Party, each with different departure times:


Dinner & Party: For those who want to enjoy a welcome drink and a delicious buffet dinner at Majahuitas before dancing the night away, departures from Nuevo Vallarta are at 8:15 PM (check-in at 7:30 PM) and from Puerto Vallarta at 8:45 PM (check-in at 8:15 PM).


Party Only: If you're just here for the party, there's only one departure from Puerto Vallarta at 9:45 PM (check-in at 9:15 PM).


Return departures: For all guests, boats will depart from Majahuitas at 3:00 AM and 6:30 AM.


Please arrive at the designated check-in time at the Puerto Vallarta Maritime Terminal (Puerto Mágico) or the Vallarta Adventures office in Nuevo Vallarta, depending on your selected departure point. All guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.

We have two departure times, and you can choose which one to board at the moment. The first boat will leave Majahuitas at 3:00 AM, arriving in Puerto Vallarta at 4:00 AM. The second boat departs at 6:00 AM, arriving at 7:00 AM.
