By purchasing one of our photo packages, the customer agrees to the following policies regarding cancellations and refunds:
Cancellations
No cancellations are accepted once the purchase has been made, regardless of whether the files have been downloaded or not.
If the customer experiences difficulties accessing the files due to technical issues attributable to our platform, we will provide technical assistance or a new download link at no additional cost.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, as the product consists of personalized digital content delivered electronically.
If the delivered files present verifiable technical problems (for example, damaged or incomplete files), each case will be evaluated individually to provide an appropriate solution, such as resending the files.
Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that the photos meet the agreed professional standards and the editing style shown during the preview at the time of purchase.
In the event of a demonstrable error on our part (for example, damaged photos), we will offer a replacement or correction within 7 days after the download.
By making the purchase, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these policies, understanding that no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
