Also called CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), the $50 USD insurance covers up to $400 USD of exterior and interior damage to the vehicle caused by an eventual collision. This insurance isn't included in the cost of the tour and must be paid at Check-in (one insurance per vehicle).
If the total of the repair exceeds $400 USD, the balance must be paid by the Driver of the vehicle via credit card on the same day of the tour. The CDW does not cover any medical expenses incurred as a result of an accident in the vehicle.All Terrain Safari takes place at our private natural reserve in the heart of the Sierra Madre, approximately 6 miles south of Puerto Vallarta.
YES! Make sure to bring a change of clothes as you will be off-roading up and down steep dusty hills (sometimes muddy - in the rainy season). We will provide you with a dust mask, goggles, and a helmet, as well as a cool, clean towel to clean off your face after the off-roading!
A light snack (tropical fruit) and water will be provided on your UTV tour
It is a challenging route that goes through rocky terrains, creeks, dense vegetation, steep hills and valleys, and around quick turns. You will be following a guide to ensure your safety and the safety of others!
