If damages surpass the threshold, the remaining balance will be the responsibility of the driver and must be settled on the day of the tour. This Waiver does not cover medical costs.Getting dirty is part of the off-road adventure experience as you’ll drive through steep, dusty, and muddy hills and other rugged terrains. We’ll provide a dust mask, goggles, helmet, and cool and refreshing clean towels following your excursion. However, we recommend wearing attire you don’t mind getting a bit messy.
We provide a light snack during the ATV tour. You’ll also have free time that allows you to stop at local restaurants for food and drinks.
