General Terms and Conditions – 2x1 Locals Promotion

Eligibility:
This promotion is valid exclusively for residents of Puerto Vallarta or Bahía de Banderas. All participants must provide valid proof of residency at check-in.

Accepted Proof of Residency:
One of the following documents must be presented, showing a local address:

• Valid INE (voter ID)
• Valid driver’s license
• Resident card
• Work ID
• Recent payslip + official ID
• Utility bill (electricity or water, in your name) + official ID
• For minors: Student ID issued by a local school
• For foreign residents: A rental contract of at least 3 months. A spouse may qualify if listed as a co-tenant in the contract.

Non-Refundable Bookings:
If valid residency documents cannot be provided at check-in, the booking will be considered invalid and is non-refundable. No exceptions will be made.

Restrictions:
This promotion does not apply to the following:

• Majahuitas Beach Party
• Scuba Diving Certifications
• Dolphin Therapy Programs
• Private Tours
• Weddings or Special Events

Booking Deadline:
Reservations must be made by December 15, 2025.

Tour Validity:
Promotion applies to open-date tours within Vallarta Adventures’ regular operating calendar, subject to availability.

General Conditions:
Promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.

Not valid for resale or use by travel agencies.
